The role:
- Manage commercial delivery of M&E projects across multiple sectors
- Take ownership from pre-contract through to final account
- Work closely with the Commercial Manager on strategy, risk, and growth
- Support or lead procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare and manage cost plans, valuations, and variations
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Input into improving processes as the business continues to expand

- Experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical packages
- Confident managing projects commercially end-to-end
