A leading specialist contractor is looking to bring an Assistant Quantity Surveyor into their commercial team, supporting the delivery of major civil engineering and infrastructure projects across London.
The Role
- Support the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Assist with valuations, applications for payment and cost reporting
- Subcontract procurement and management
- Support change management and variations
- Assist with CVRs, forecasting and cost control
- Work closely with Project Managers and the wider commercial team
About You
- Previous experience as an AQS / Assistant QS within civil engineering or construction
- Good understanding of commercial and project costs
- Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers
- Strong communication and organisational skills
