The Role
As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, you'll support the design and delivery of mechanical building services systems, including:
- HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)
- Domestic water services and drainage
- Sustainable and low‑carbon technologies (e.g., heat pumps, energy strategies)
- Coordination with electrical and architectural teams
- Production of design calculations, reports, and drawings
You will be mentored by experienced engineers and gain hands‑on involvement in live projects from day one.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 1 year experience in building services design (this can include a placement year)
- Understanding of HVAC and building services fundamentals
- Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, Revit or similar (desirable)
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
