I'm currently recruiting for a Tier 1 Main Contractor looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a 2-month contract in London.
The Role:
- Senior QS position with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor
- London-based project
- 2-month initial contract
- £600-£625 per day - Umbrella/ Inside IR35
- Up to £450 daily Ltd Company options may be considered for the right individual
- Immediate availability preferred
Looking for:
- Strong Main Contractor background
- Proven experience operating at Senior QS level
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Experience managing packages, subcontractors, valuations, variations and final accounts
- Tier 1 experience highly desirable
