You'll become part of an experienced multidisciplinary team delivering projects from concept through to completion across a diverse range of sectors.

Working closely with architects, structural engineers, sustainability consultants and project managers, you'll play a key role in designing buildings that are energy-efficient, technically robust and future-ready.
The Role
As an Electrical Engineer or Senior Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering electrical building services designs across multiple projects, ensuring technical excellence while working collaboratively with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
Depending on your experience, you'll either take ownership of key project elements or lead the electrical discipline on larger, more complex developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver electrical building services designs from concept through to completion.
- Produce electrical calculations, specifications, reports and technical drawings.
- Design LV electrical distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, small power, earthing and protection systems.
- Coordinate electrical designs with mechanical, public health and specialist engineering teams.
- Attend client, design and project meetings throughout all project stages.
- Review contractor submissions and monitor installations to ensure designs are delivered in accordance with project requirements.
- Support testing, commissioning and project handover.
- Manage workloads to meet programme milestones and quality standards.
- Mentor and support junior engineers within the team.
Senior Engineers will also
- Lead the electrical discipline on major and technically complex projects.
- Take responsibility for project delivery, technical quality and commercial performance.
- Delegate and review work completed by junior engineers.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
- Support project planning, resource management and team development.
