The Role:
- As a Maintenance Operative, you'll carry out reactive repairs, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and general building upkeep across modern residential properties.
- Working alongside the wider site team, you'll ensure buildings remain safe, compliant and well presented.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Reactive and planned maintenance (PPM)
- Basic plumbing, painting, decorating and general handyman repairs
- Daily building inspections using a CAFM system/iPad
- Supporting contractors and maintaining maintenance records
- Ensuring Health & Safety and compliance standards are met
- Delivering excellent customer service to residents
About You:
- Multi-skilled maintenance or handyperson background
- Experience in painting, decorating and general building repairs
- Customer-focused with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and able to work independently
- Happy working shifts, weekends and bank holidays
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
