The role
You'll operate across both Building Surveying and Project Management, giving you a varied and engaging workload. Day-to-day, you'll:
- Lead projects from feasibility through to completion
- Act as the primary client contact
- Manage budgets, timelines, and risk
- Carry out surveys, inspections, and technical assessments
- Produce specifications, reports, and tender documentation
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and consultants
- Support design, procurement, and construction phases
- Help resolve challenges on complex or underperforming projects
What we're looking for:
You're proactive, personable, and confident taking ownership. You'll ideally have:
- 3+ years' experience in Building Surveying
- Background in a consultancy environment
- Exposure to both project and professional services
- Knowledge of pre- and post-contract duties
- APC achieved or in progress
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Flexibility to attend site when required
