Overview Dynamic and creative design consultancy based in Surbiton requires a Civil/Structural Engineer to join their team.Responsibilities Design large new footbridges over railways at stations, rail bridges, lineside services and structures.Platform extensions and station refurbs.Substation design for UK Power Networks and HV cable route design.Renewables schemes, embankment and cutting works.Depot buildings and structures.Attend meetings, site visits and client interactions.Qualifications Experience in both steel and concrete design.Background in buildings, substations, bridges and other civil/structural infrastructure projects.Excellent communication skills and a team‐player attitude.Collaboration and strong interpersonal skills are essential.Benefits 25 days holiday and flexible work‐from‐home days.Base salary of £40k‐£50k.Healthcare, critical illness insurance and pension.Bonus and opportunity to influence the practice\’s growth.Equality and Diversity Aldwych Consulting values diversity and promotes equality.
