This is a confidential hire for a well-established business delivering high-quality CAT A & CAT B schemes.
You’ll be working on short programme projects (up to 12 weeks), often running multiple jobs simultaneously, so pace, organisation, and clear decision-making are critical.
The role
- Lead technical services from pre-construction through to handover
- Manage multiple live projects at the same time (fast turnover environment)
- Coordinate MEP design, procurement, and installation
- Work closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors
- Ensure quality, compliance, and programme alignment
- Drive delivery against tight deadlines without compromising standards
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and keep projects moving forward
