The Role
As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will be entrusted with the delivery of technically challenging projects while working closely with clients and internal teams. You will have the opportunity to take ownership, build client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on project requirements, undertaking feasibility studies to support informed decision-making

Carry out a wide range of building surveys and inspections across varied property types

Prepare detailed specifications, schedules of works, tender documentation, and contract packages

Coordinate design teams and liaise with all stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery

Act as Employer's Agent and Contract Administrator from inception to completion

Undertake regular site inspections, monitoring progress, quality, cost, and programme

Produce high-quality reports, plans, budgets, and project documentation

Analyse site activities and prepare progress and performance reports

Provide advice and act under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996

Fulfil duties under CDM Regulations, acting as Principal Designer when required
About You

MRICS-qualified Chartered Building Surveyor

Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience within a consultancy environment

Proven ability to manage multiple projects with confidence and technical accuracy

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with high-quality report writing

Commercially aware, client-focused, and solutions driven

Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress toward Associate and Director level
