The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include: Managing the commercial aspects of construction projects from inception through to completion.
Administering NEC contracts, with particular emphasis on Option C target cost arrangements.
Managing compensation events, early warnings, change control and contractual notifications.
Monitoring project costs, forecasting final accounts and reporting on commercial performance.
Managing cost and value reconciliations, cash flow forecasts and financial reporting.
