We're partnering with an established UK civil engineering contractor who are expanding their pre-construction team. They're looking to appoint multiple Estimators across experience levels to support a growing pipeline of infrastructure and earthworks projects.
This is a critical pre-construction position responsible for developing accurate cost plans and bids that support successful project wins. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
Produce clear documentation and handover materials to support project teams and contribute to continuous improvement in estimating standards.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and commercial awareness.
- Proficiency in industry-standard estimating tools and high competence in Microsoft Excel.
- Professional or academic background in civil engineering, quantity surveying, construction management or equivalent.
