Are you a Health & Safety Advisor looking to develop your career within civil engineering and infrastructure projects? Do you want to play a key role in improving safety performance across major civil engineering works while building a long-term career? Our client, a well-established civil engineering contractor, is looking to appoint a Health & Safety Advisor to support delivery across a range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
- Support the development and implementation of health and safety systems across civil engineering projects
- Promote a proactive safety culture across site teams and project delivery functions
- Ensure all works are delivered in line with current HSE legislation and company procedures
- Carry out regular site inspections and audits across active project sites
- Assist in incident investigations, including root cause analysis and lessons learned
- Liaise with site teams, engineers, and management to maintain high safety standards
- Experience working with health and safety management systems (ISO45001 preferred)
- NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent)
- CSCS card
- Driving licence
- Work on a variety of long-term civil engineering and infrastructure projects
