I'm working with a well-established construction consultancy in Leeds that is looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a range of residential developments.
The Role:
- Manage the commercial aspects of residential projects from inception through to completion.
- Prepare cost plans, estimates, valuations, and financial reports.
- Administer contracts, manage variations, and oversee procurement activities.
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Quantity Surveying experience within the UK construction industry.
- Strong residential project experience is essential.
- Good understanding of contract administration and cost management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Consultancy experience is advantageous but not essential.
