I'm working with a leading, design-led building services consultancy in a strong growth phase, with plans to significantly expand their Birmingham office over the next 12 months. This is a key leadership hire within a team that has a strong pipeline of secured work and long-term client relationships.
You'll work closely with the local Director, taking ownership of project delivery, client relationships and technical leadership as the office scales.

Deliver and oversee electrical building services design across multiple projects. Manage multidisciplinary coordination and project delivery. Oversee financial performance, fees and programme. Carry out site inspections and ensure design compliance. You'll also contribute to system selection and commercial decision-making, ensuring solutions are technically and financially robust.
Degree qualified in Electrical or Building Services Engineering. Proficient in AutoCAD + working knowledge of Revit. Strong commercial awareness and project delivery capability. A senior leadership role in a growing regional office where you'll have real influence over projects, people and future direction - with clear progression as the team expands.
