The Role
You'll work across a varied portfolio of construction projects, providing both pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services while helping to develop and strengthen the Oxford team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Quantity Surveying services from project inception through to completion.
- Manage financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Mentor and support junior Quantity Surveyors.
- Help develop and grow a high-performing Quantity Surveying team.
- Contribute to the continued success and growth of the Oxford office.
About You
You'll ideally have
- Experience working within a construction consultancy.
- Strong pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying experience.
- Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
- The confidence to manage projects while supporting and developing others.
- MRICS qualification is desirable but not essential.
