Associate / Senior Building Surveyor Opportunity London INTEGA is a specialist building consultancy which offers its clients expert technical construction and property advice.
We undertake work for some of the world’s largest companies across the UK and in Europe.
The Role We are currently looking for an Associate Director or Senior Chartered Building Surveyor who has Technical Due Diligence and Dilapidations experience or has the desire to predominantly work within these areas.
A key part of the role is to expand and build our London office which opened in 2025 and has enjoyed a successful first year in the West End.
Responsibilities Business development and client management Core Building Surveying services with a likely bias to Professional Services Strong focus on dilapidations and technical due diligence Specification and CA project work In due course, support Directors in the delivery of our growth plans and line management of graduate surveyors.
Your profile MRICS + 3-5 years PQE.
Dilapidations and/or TDD specialist or keen interest to focus on these areas Experience working with Landlords and/or Tenants Self-motivated and hungry for a challenge.
