They specialise in commercial projects across a diverse range of properties including offices, laboratories, and warehouses. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind building surveying projects, specialising in dilapidations, surveys, licences, reinstatement cost assessments, contract administration and party wall matter. You will be an all rounder with excellent contract experience, ideally from a commercial background.
