As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll support the commercial team across housing, student accommodation and co-living developments, gaining hands-on experience in cost management, procurement, and project delivery within a fast-paced environment that values ambition and career progression.

What We're Looking For

  • Ideally 2+ years' experience as a Trainee QS, Apprentice QS or Assistant QS
  • Some experience within construction or residential projects - ideally high rise projects with a main contractor or developer
  • Ambitious, driven, and keen to progress
  • Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness

Important: This is not a graduate role - you must have hands-on experience already.
