We’re looking for confident and personable team members who are interested in serving guests in any of our outlets including 3 Rosette Restaurant Chartwell, our Sports Bar Bunkers, our main residents lounge Squadron or our 2 Rosette Restaurant Elements. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate well with guests is important to us as well as a positive attitude to do what is right for our guests. Food and Beverage Assistants also need knowledge and passion for food and drinks.

This is a hands-on, guest-facing role for someone who takes pride in exceptional service, leads from the front, and enjoys creating smooth, welcoming experiences from the moment guests arrive to the moment they leave. A successful F&B Assistant candidate will have various prerequisite skills and qualifications that typically include:
- Experience of working in a Bar or restaurant and/or Retail environment
- To ensure Bar checks have been received in the kitchen
- Check Bar tables are correctly laid up according to the standards before any dishes are served to guests
- To ensure tables are cleared in the appropriate manner & time
- To have knowledge of drinks service techniques in order to serve all drinks correctly and to required standard
- To carry out other reasonable duties as deemed appropriate by a Supervisor
- To deal with all customer/guest comments or complaints immediately and pass onto appropriate Supervisor/HOD.
- Excellent service skills, including the ability to deliver drinks on trays
- Ensure wastage and breakages are recorded correctly and assist with ordering of stock as required
- Ability to work well with other team members and to follow directions from supervisors
- To be responsible for cleaning of equipment in the bar - polishing of glassware etc
- Ability to provide guests with up-to-date information and directions while attending the function
