Aldwark Manor Estate is seeking a Food and Beverage Duty Manager to support our 80-cover Elements restaurant, Chartwell fine dining, Squadron Bar, and Bunkers Sports Bar. You will lead the F&B team, deliver rosette-level standards, and ensure guest satisfaction seven days a week.
Working 40 hours, you will carry duty management shifts, train staff, monitor KPIs, control costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety, licensing, and employment law.
