Overview
Accounts Assistant - Aldwark Manor Estate - 16 hours per week (flexible on days this can be worked into).
We’re looking for a Hotel savvy Accounts person to work in a small team and reporting into the Accounts Office Manager.
Pay: £12.75 an hour + share of troncs

Role In Our Estate:
- Providing admin support for the finance team.
- Imputing items onto ‘Logit’ stocktaking platform.
- Inputting invoices.
- Understanding of Sage 50 a benefit but not essential.
- Chasing outstanding payments via email and phone.
- Dealing with general queries.
- Performing revenue audits.
- Performing ad hoc tasks as required.
- Liaising with internal departments.
- Assisting with account reconciliations.
This is a role that can be for someone new into Hotel finance operation who enjoys imputing and is task orientated. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Accounts team and the Accounts Office Manager ensuring our process and procedures are followed efficiently.
