Aldwark Manor Estate is seeking a Food and Beverage Duty Manager to lead our outlets, including Elements, Chartwell, Squadron Bar and Bunkers. You will oversee rosette-level dining operations, guest service, training and scheduling across a 40-hour week.
Reporting to the Elements Manager / Food and Beverage Manager, you will motivate teams, manage guest queries, control costs and ensure compliance with safety and licensing requirements.
