Aldwark Manor Estate is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager for Elements, our 80-cover restaurant with central bar serving Rosette‑level food, wine and cocktails. You will lead the team, set rosters and ensure outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will recruit, train and develop staff, monitor KPIs, control costs and collaborate across outlets to maintain standards and drive sales.
