Responsibilities
- Contribute to the achievement of the company’s existing business annual targets.
- Maximise sales & profitability of all accounts within your portfolio.
- Identify and develop client objectives by working with senior stakeholder relationships.
- Deliver excellent customer service and account management to the allocated account portfolio.
- Ensure customer requirements are fully specified, understood and communicated; ensure service levels meet customer expectations; keep the company informed on all relevant customer activity – both risks and opportunities.
- Visit customers as appropriate and build effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the customer’s organisation.
- Keep up to date with legislative, industry and product developments.
- Provide regular and accurate reporting as required on activity and maintain the CRM database.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous contract hire account management experience (fleets over 250 essential).
- Experience of implementing new accounts at a “project manager” level.
- Working with multiple stakeholders in addition to the customer.
- Influencing, persuasion and relationship building.
- Solution delivery and ownership – ability to look at new ideas & approaches.
- Effective time management, organizational & delegation skills.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- IT literate.
- Commercial awareness and decision making.
- Vehicle industry knowledge.
