Part-time (12-15 hours per week). Providing excellent customer service over a Post Office counter. Positive interaction with customers and dealing with them quickly, efficiently, and accurately. Ensuring customers are fully informed of all relevant services and products on offer. Working towards individual and store targets. Completing a variety of transactions in an accurate and timely manner. Demonstrate good product knowledge to customers on key promotions and offers, maximizing all selling opportunities.
