Brighton Aldridge Community Academy (BACA) is seeking a Safeguarding Officer and Deputy DSL to lead safeguarding within the Inclusion team, coordinating interventions and multi‑agency meetings to support students.
You will also act as the academy's Lead First Aider, maintaining medical records, coordinating training, and ensuring students' medical needs are managed compassionately throughout the school day.
