About the Role: Join our vibrant school community as a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) and play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning. Working closely with teachers, you’ll help ensure every student achieves their full potential by delivering high-quality classroom support, including leading lessons when needed. You will work with individuals and small groups to enhance learning and build confidence, support students with additional needs by adapting resources, and contribute to creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. Additionally, you’ll assist with assessment, provide feedback, and help monitor student progress.
