We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Individual Needs Assistant to support students with a range of additional needs, helping them to thrive both academically and personally. You will provide one-to-one and small group support, assist in delivering inclusive learning, encourage positive behaviour, monitor student progress, and help create a safe, nurturing environment where every student can succeed.

- Providing one-to-one and small group support for students with additional needs
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Supporting students with personal care, wellbeing, and independence where required

- Monitoring progress and working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals
