About the Role: Join our vibrant school community as an EAL Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) and play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning. Working closely with teachers, you’ll help ensure every student achieves their full potential by delivering high-quality classroom support, including leading lessons when needed. You will work with individuals and small groups to enhance learning and build confidence, support students with additional needs by adapting resources, and contribute to creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. Additionally, you’ll assist with assessment, provide feedback, and help monitor student progress.

Essential Criteria:
- Educated to at least GCSE standard including Math’s and English Grade C/5 or above
- Basic First Aid or willingness to undertake it
- Level 3 in Safeguarding or willingness to undertake it
- Working in a school environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Power Point)
- Experience and working knowledge of the National Curriculum of England including Early Years, KS1, KS2.
