Aldridge Education is hiring a Trust Attendance Officer to lead attendance improvements across our schools and partner trusts. You will analyse attendance data, interpret trends and translate findings into clear action plans that raise pupil attendance while safeguarding pupils.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, building strong relationships with academy leaders, families and external agencies, delivering robust intervention strategies and ensuring every child has the support they need.
