The Opportunity
Are you an ambitious construction professional ready to take the next step in your career and progress into an Associate Director role?
We are looking for a commercially minded, proactive and entrepreneurial individual with experience in commercial and industrial dilapidations, refurbishment, extensions and civil engineering works .
This is an opportunity to join a growing construction business and play a key role in its next stage of development. Working closely with the Directors, you will help drive business growth, develop new client relationships, secure new projects and oversee the successful delivery of construction works.
We are particularly interested in someone who understands the commercial and industrial property market, has the confidence to develop client relationships and can identify and convert new opportunities into profitable work.
The role offers the opportunity to influence the direction of the business, strengthen its position within the market and, for the right individual, acquire a shareholding and participate in the company's long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads, enquiries and opportunities within the commercial and industrial construction sectors.
Developed and develop further relationships with commercial landlords, industrial property owners, developers, managing agents, facilities managers, occupiers and commercial property professionals.
Proactively seek opportunities for dilapidation works, industrial and commercial refurbishments, building extensions and associated civil engineering projects.
Prepare and support tenders, quotations, proposals and client presentations.
Build a strong pipeline of prospective projects and convert enquiries into secured contracts.
Develop repeat business and long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Work alongside the Directors to strengthen the company's reputation and establish its position as a trusted contractor within the commercial and industrial construction market.
