Role Description
This, initially, is a short 3 week contract to commence delivery of a Skills Bootcamp in Health and Social located in Hove. The role involves conducting health and social care sessions, providing support to learners, and fostering a positive learning environment on-site. If the programme goes well, there will be further cohorts and we would expect to extend the contract. Aldridge Adult Learning also has other Health & Social Care programmes which the successful candidate may have opportunity to work on.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Medicine
- Experience in Health Promotion
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Teaching or tutoring experience in health and social care, such as Level 2 Certificate in Health and Social Care
- Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care or Education
- A passion for supporting learners into work or apprenticeship outcomes
