Are you a detail-oriented design professional with expert PowerPoint skills and a strong eye for brand-aligned visuals? Aldrich is seeking a Presentation & Marketing Design Specialist to support our marketing team by formatting, refining, and polishing high-quality presentations and creating visually engaging print and digital collateral. This is a part-time W2 contract role (approximately 20 hours per week) for an initial 60-day period, with the potential for extension as business needs evolve. The role offers a flexible schedule with designated “office hours” for collaboration. Requirements
- Strong experience formatting and refining PowerPoint presentations
- Expert-level PowerPoint skills (formatting, layouts, charts, templates, and visuals)
- Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and data visualization
- Demonstrated experience using Canva and Adobe InDesign
- Strong eye for brand alignment and design consistency
- Ability to adapt designs quickly based on feedback and evolving project needs
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Clear communication skills and responsiveness to feedback
- Experience supporting B2B marketing teams preferred
Responsibilities
- PowerPoint & Presentation Design
- Format, standardize, and polish PowerPoint presentations for executives and staff
- Ensure presentations adhere to brand guidelines, including fonts, colors, templates, and layouts
- Update and maintain existing decks with charts, graphics, and visuals
- Create and refine templates and reusable slide components for efficient presentation development
- Collaborate with team members to understand objectives and deliver presentation-ready decks
- Design polished collateral such as one-sheets, brochures, and infographics
- Maintain brand consistency across digital and print materials
- Support quick-turn needs for event signage, ads, and internal graphics
- Create visually engaging templates for presentations, social media, and email campaigns
- Assist with additional marketing and sales collateral as needed
Compensation
This position is paid on an hourly basis. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $30–$35 per hour, dependent on experience, skills, education, location, and other job-related factors. Aldrich considers internal equity in all compensation decisions.
