Are you a Team Assistant with secretarial / PA experience gained within the Financial Services sector? Do you enjoy working in a professional, fast-paced and client facing environment? Our client is a leader in Financial Services and is looking for a true team player free to support MD and busy team of Client Advisers.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Managing busy diaries
  • Liaising with clients and coordinating meetings
  • Organising client hospitality
  • Travel arrangements
  • Handling invoices and expenses
  • CRM tasks
  • Desk admin

The skills you need to bring:

  • Solid Team Assistant (PA) experience, from Financial Services sector (essential)
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Team player and a sense of humour
  • Positive self-starter
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
