Are you a Team Assistant / PA who is passionate about providing exceptional support and service? Do you work well in a busy, client-facing role and are you motivated by success? Do you have a genuine “can-do” attitude as well as excellent attention to detail and a desire to be part of a close-knit team? A well-established and entrepreneurial PR firm is looking for someone who wants to learn and develop their experience while supporting a busy team.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments and event management (such as client dinners, networking events and internal events)
  • Meeting administration, including setting up video calls and in-person meetings, and producing minutes if attending and required
  • Drafting proposals, pitch decks, agreements, client reports, document formatting
  • Market monitoring and coverage tracking e.g. maintaining calendars of industry events shared across the team, coverage for board prep and new business tracking
  • Assisting with data entry and database management, such as office seating systems and timesheets
  • Handling incoming calls and correspondence professionally
  • Maintaining filing systems (digital)
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and itinerary
  • Providing general administrative support, and cover for colleagues when out of office
