If so, we’d love to hear from you! Our client is looking for a solutions-driven PA Manager to motivate and manage a growing team of high-calibre PAs.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Day to day management of the PA team
  • Building strong relationships with every member of the PA team
  • Liaising daily with Head of Operations and HR on team strategy, innovation, training and development
  • Allocating PA support to all new Investment teams
  • Working closely with HR and senior stakeholders to bring the best talent to the PA team
  • Interviewing and liaising with HR and business leaders
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for all new joiners
  • Working closely with HR and PA team to deliver training requirements
  • Holding regular PA meetings to understand workloads and projects
  • Leading PA meetings, team events and presentations
  • Monitoring all elements of the PA process life cycle
  • Actively working on conflict-resolution with HR and senior stakeholders
  • Continually monitoring the PA day-to-day workload
  • Identifying areas for improvement
  • Contributing to annual reviews for all London PAs
