An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Investor Relations PA to join a leading international private equity firm, supporting a high‑performing Investor Relations team in a fast‑paced, investor‑facing role. This role is ideal for a polished and highly organised PA / EA with experience within private equity, who thrives managing complex coordination, senior stakeholders and fundraising activity. You will play a key role in supporting investor engagement through meticulous diary management, international travel coordination, roadshows, conferences and investor meetings. You will also support CRM accuracy and investor follow‑up activity, ensuring seamless execution across the Investor Relations function. What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Managing complex diaries and inboxes across multiple senior stakeholders
  • Coordinating investor meetings, roadshows, conferences and fundraising schedules
  • Organising international travel and detailed itineraries
  • Supporting investor‑facing activity, logistics and follow‑up
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records within DealCloud (or equivalent systems)
  • Liaising confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with reporting, meeting notes and action tracking

The skills you need to bring:

  • Previous PA / EA experience within a financial services, strong preference for Private Equity
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Confidence handling confidential information with discretion
  • Experience using CRM systems such as DealCloud
  • Exposure to investor relations, fundraising or roadshow coordination is highly advantageous
