A leading global investment management firm is seeking a proactive, highly driven Office/Business Manager to partner with divisional leadership and help deliver operational excellence across the organisation.
You will work closely with Division Heads, providing high-quality business support while driving efficiency, compliance and continuous improvement. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior investment professionals, influence meaningful process improvements and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive global organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and enhance divisional operations, including onboarding, space planning, events and offsites, business continuity and programme administration
- Oversee investment technology and equipment ordering, approvals and reporting
- Produce divisional reporting and senior-level presentations
- Liaise with compliance, supporting regulatory monitoring and joiner, leaver and transfer processes
- Lead and support expense and invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policy
- Analyse trends, identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements
- Champion the adoption of technology, processes and policies to drive efficiency and change
- Provide project support and act as a proxy for managers when required
- Maintain training materials, documentation and cross-coverage to ensure consistent service delivery
- 4-6 years' experience within financial services - Office Management, Business Administration or senior EA with OM experience
- Highly self-motivated, proactive and detail-orientated
- Strong organisational, analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience with expense systems and business management processes
- Technically proficient, with hands-on experience using AI tools, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Excel
- Strong compliance mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities
- Collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about improving how work gets done
