What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Front of house - greeting visitors, managing the meeting-room booking system, the main phone line, post, couriers and deliveries
  • Maintaining kitchen and common areas, ordering and stocking food, drinks and supplies
  • Coordinating IT and AV support with external IT provider
  • Keeping meeting rooms immaculate and set up with refreshments
  • Liaising with external suppliers and being the point of contact
  • Supporting the HR Manager with onboarding and offboarding logistics
  • Scheduling sessions for Learning & Development and booking providers
  • Coordinating interviews with candidates and agencies
  • Helping to organise engagement, wellbeing and charity events
  • Compiling and circulating the HR newsletter
  • Assisting with basic travel and meeting arrangements
  • Helping the team with social touches, such as celebrations, ad hoc and offsites for the company
