A prestigious banking firm is seeking a first-class Executive Assistant to provide seamless, high-touch support to a demanding and dynamic Managing Director, with additional support to a small team. This is a standout opportunity for an EA who brings exceptional judgement, polish, and a proactive approach.
What You'll Be Doing day to day:
- Extensive and complex diary management, including navigating competing priorities and resolving conflicts
- Global travel coordination end-to-end: flights, hotels, visas, logistics, and producing detailed itineraries
- Preparing and submitting expenses accurately and in a timely manner
- Roadshow coordination, including scheduling and logistics across time zones
- Conference and event organisation, including client dinners and corporate hospitality
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Creating, editing and formatting reports and presentations to a high standard
The skills you need to bring:
- Proven MD-level EA / PA experience within Investment Banking or Private Equity
- Front office/client-facing experience will be strongly preferred
- Highly desirable: Roadshow organisation experience
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills and strong professional presence
- Calm and effective under pressure; able to manage tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Strong judgement, discretion, and decision-making ability
- Meticulous attention to detail with consistently high standards
- Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
