Our client is a cutting-edge VC firm looking for an impressive Graduate Assistant / PA to join the team in the Office of the CEO. You’ll be involved in everything from organising, researching, liaising, event planning and everything in between!

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Providing administrative support; particularly organising and booking meetings
  • Managing diaries; dealing with conflicts and busy schedules and organising travel
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders, building strong internal and external relationships
  • Event coordinating – planning and execution of corporate events
  • Working on ad-hoc projects including industry research
  • Developing commercial understanding and skills
  • Working on projects with guidance and support
  • Working closely with other members of the team, providing cover and support where necessary
