Are you a recent graduate with at least 1 years’ experience supporting executives in a client-facing, fast-paced dynamic firm?
Are you supremely organised and a natural and confident communicator, who is unfazed liaising with senior stakeholders internally and across time zones?

In office, 9.00 – 5.30
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Greeting visitors, picking them up from reception and offering refreshments
- Ensuring Partners’ travel is in diary and cross checked
- Booking restaurants, taxis and juggling busy diaries
- Creating and sending calendar invites for meetings as necessary
- Troubleshooting IT issues for the two partners
- Room booking coordination, liaising with wider team
- Monitoring CRM database and assisting teams with keeping information current
- Assisting with conference registration
- Event coordination for client entertainment days
- Designing event materials including invitations
The skills you need to bring:
- Graduate with at least 1 year + supporting executives in corporate environment
- Confident and proactive approach, able to stay one step ahead
- Inquisitive mind, eager to learn and grow
- Ability to communicate at senior level, globally
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Calm under pressure, solutions-focused and able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience coordinating across multiple time zones
- Advanced MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive would be useful)
- Comfortable working with data, producing reports and managing client pipelines
