Our client is a prestigious global firm and you will be based in their Corporate HQ in Mayfair.

It’s a full-time job, 3 – 4 days in the office, 1 – 2 days from home. The culture is great, very collaborative, professional. They have sustainability at their core – it runs through their business – so an interest in sustainability is helpful.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

\\n\\n

In this pivotal role, you’ll bring together the global Finance Community through smart strategy, compelling content, and dynamic events. You’ll be at the heart of Finance communications—planning, producing, and delivering messaging that informs, inspires, and connects.

    \\n\\t
  • Own and evolve the Finance communication channels (intranet, Teams, newsletters, videos)
  • \\n\\t

  • Plan and run high-impact events—from global townhalls to Finance career days
  • \\n\\t

  • Create standout executive content (presentations, video, storytelling assets)
  • \\n\\t

  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, Internal Comms, and project teams across regions
  • \\n\\t

  • Build a global network of change & communication champions
  • \\n\\t

  • Innovate new communication formats to engage a diverse, global audience
  • \\n\\t

  • Monitor performance and use insights to enhance strategies
  • \\n

Who you are:

  • A natural communicator with a flair for design and visual storytelling
  • \\n\\t

What you will bring:

  • Degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
  • \\n\\t

  • 5+ years of communications experience, ideally in a global or finance-related environment
  • \\n\\t

  • Outstanding English writing and presentation skills
  • \\n\\t

  • Deep familiarity with Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), SharePoint, CMS platforms, and creative tools like Photoshop, InDesign, or Camtasia
  • \\n\\t

  • Confidence working with data and analytics to measure and improve communication outcomes
  • \\n
