Our client is a private health provider who is looking for a confident communicator with strong relationship management skills to lead and guide a small team and drive bookings for screenings and consultations.
You will be used to providing an exceptional level of service and should be driven by success and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Managing, coaching and leading the enquiry booking team, responding to all patient enquiries – working towards successful bookings
- Managing the front of house team, ensuring best services are delivered
- Liaising internally to develop and refine executive health screening pathways for patients
- Coordinating patient pathway from enquiry to consultation, diagnostics and discharge
- Working with referring organisations to streamline access to the clinic, offering a high-quality patient experience
- Assisting with the development of concierge services to ensure premium front of house service
- Acting as champion for customer service excellence and ambassador for the clinic
- Managing the day to day organisation of patient pricing information
- Working closely with all internal teams, developing strong working relationships
You’ll need to be:
- Client/patient focused with strong relationship management skills

- Skilled with data management and analysis and confident using CRM
