What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Liaising with external clients and internal teams for all meetings including complex and high-profile Roadshows
  • Proactively setting up prep-meetings ahead of client meetings
  • Gatekeeping – managing calendars and resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Organising global travel and all logistics including visas & expense management
  • Coordinating complex itineraries including materials preparation
  • Working with client service analysts to prepare documents and presentation materials
  • Entering, amending and keeping client data up to date in Salesforce CRM system
  • Ensuring team members are aware of important deadlines
  • Onboarding of new hires and transfers
  • Working with technology and facilities to ensure systems and desk set up
  • Scheduling all orientation meetings
  • Working closely with other EAs, providing support to each other
