Are you a professional C-Suite EA with a wealth of EA / PA experience gained within the Financial Services/Banking space?

Do you have an exceptional eye for detail and immaculate verbal and written communication skills?

Our client, who has a strong global presence, is looking for a top-level EA to provide 1:1 Board-level support, working at Partner-level – together you will form a firm partnership, based on trust and respect.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Extensive diary management
• Inbox management, being a true gatekeeper
• Organising meetings, preparing papers
• Organising and coordinating attendance at lunches/events
• Global travel arrangements, preparing itineraries, expenses
• Fostering and maintaining relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Ability to handle high levels of confidentiality
• Effectively communicating with direct senior reports and the Board
• 4 days in office with 1 working from home day

The skills you need to bring:

• Extensive EA experience within the Financial Services sector
• Proven and solid 1:1 C Suite EA experience
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Proactive, capable and deadline orientated
• Discreet and resilient
• Confident and friendly and calm under pressure
• Confident MS Office user
