Do you have Director-level Team EA experience gained from a fast-paced front office Investment Banking division?

Are you looking for a deal-driven environment where everyone pulls together?

As a genuine team player, you’ll be a pivotal link in the successful chain.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

1. Supporting Directors and team in a busy role
2. Extensive diary management, frequently handling schedule conflicts
3. Managing global travel arrangements and planning detailed itineraries
4. Regular client liaison, including coordinating client lunches
5. Organizing closing dinners
6. Processing expenses
7. Working within a close-knit, collaborative team of EAs
8. Option to work from home 1 day a week

The skills you need to bring:

1. Solid Team EA / PA experience from Banking is essential
2. Experience on a Trading Floor is a plus
3. Ability to stay calm under pressure
4. Team player with a good sense of humor
5. Positive self-starter
6. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
