  • Extensive diary management, frequently handling schedule conflicts
  • Global travel arrangements, planning detailed itineraries
  • Regular client liaison, coordinating client lunches
  • Coordinating closing dinners
  • Processing expenses
  • Working in a close-knit collaborative team of EAs
  • Can work from home 1 day
