Are you an experienced proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment where organisation, judgement and discretion are key? Our client is a charitable foundation; their CEO needs a right hand alongside managing all board matters. Do you enjoy being at the centre of a busy leadership team, ensuring senior stakeholders are supported and everything runs smoothly behind the scenes? Are you someone who brings structure, calm and a proactive mindset to complex schedules, meetings and governance processes? Our client is seeking an exceptional EA to support their CEO and Board. A key role to ensure the smooth running of executive and board activity. Based in London Bridge. 2 days in the office 3 from home.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Providing proactive executive support
- Running the company secretariat processes for the board
- Managing complex diaries, emails and meeting requests
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, preparing agendas
- Tracking and supporting on projects and follow up actions
- Preparing presentations, briefing documents and reports
- Arranging travel, accommodation and itineraries
- Organising board & committee meetings
- Preparing and distributing board papers, agendas and minutes
- Maintaining governance records
- Supporting trustee recruitment processes and Board member onboarding
- Building strong relationships with Board members and key stakeholders
